ABOUT THE POSITION
Your responsibilities as a Waterway Store Manager range from customer service and operations to sales and team recruitment, training, and development. You’ll do everything from evaluating store performance and developing goals and performance plans, to ensuring the wash tunnel is operating effectively and safely. Above all else, you are responsible for providing the highest quality car wash experience for your customers and ensuring that everyone leaves your lot happy.
