We are very involved with Down Syndrome Innovations (DSI) of Kansas City, especially with the teen program, which helps individuals with disabilities figure out what they love to do. We participate in a fundraiser with the group, take part in job fairs and bring in teens to help our team clean cars during our DSI work events. Partnering with this organization and seeing the impact on the teens is fulfilling beyond measure.
